DIFFICULTY LOSING WEIGHT?  

EATING TOO MUCH FOOD is not the ONLY cause:

 OBESITY is rooted in eating too much "junk food" and processed foods.

  ACTIONS NECESSARY TO LOSE THE POUNDS...

-- We all can use more exercise !

* STOP--- smoking cigarettes, using illicit drugs, too much liquor... 

TWO: Change diet ---
 

* DECREASE consumption of "fast foods"--- such as:
Burger King, Fat Burger, (and similar) etc. 
Absolutely do not eat there daily.  Why?  These foods contain
unhealthy ingredients, such as--- white sugar & flour, animal fats, etc.
 And most of their drinks contain Nutrasweet or other
artifical sweeteners that are unhealthy.
 
 
 * DECREASE CONSUMPTION OF SUGAR...such as: 
 Donuts, candies,  pies,  cupcakes, cookies, sodas, etc. 
Eat bread & snacks made from Whole Grains instead of "white flour."
Instead...use HONEY & healthier sweeteners.
 
 
* INCREASE consumption of "fresh foods" such as---
  BERRIES, HERBS, VEGGIES, etc. for nutrition and anti-oxidants.
DECREASE PROCESSED FOODS filled with chemicals,
trans-fats, additives, hydrogenated oils, etc.
  

* CUT DOWN drinking regular high fat cow's milk--

 Instead drink SOY MILK or RICE DREAM.  Visit a HEALTH FOOD STORE
to find many healthy "milk" drinks.
 
 
* STOP using oils made from animal fat--such as LARD & MARGARINE...
 Decrease  "fat-filled" foods. Best to use OLIVE OIL, SESAME OIL,
 & oils that are not hydrogenated (aka: trans-fat ).
 
       
THREE --- Check for other causes

POOR NUTRITION MAY NOT BE THE ONLY CAUSE...
Have you tried all kinds of "diet supplements, pills, patches, "--etc.? 
 But still -- you keep the weight?
